Occasionally there may be a short disruption of SIM2K's hosted e-mail service. This is usually due to maintenance and updates to the software that powers our e-mail service. And, sometimes an update, despite our best efforts, creates a new problem that might take our Support Technicians additional time to trouble-shoot and restore services.
However, we want all SIM2K e-mail clients to know that no mail is ever lost during these outages. Any mail is held in the system until it can be delivered to your Inbox - a process we call "spooling". You can also access your e-mail at any time by using this link:
This will take you to the web interface for our E-mail system. You can use your User ID and Password to log into the service, then click on Continuity to see all e-mails that are pending delivery to your Inbox. You can read and reply to these mails just like you do using your regular e-mail software.
